1.严禁利用寝室从事违反我国法律法规和校规的活动，所住寝室不能私自转让、转租或留宿他人。爱护公物，正确使用房间内及公用部位的各类设施电器，保管好各类遥控器。
Students should nottake part inthe activities that violate the Chineselaws andrules or the schoolregulations in dormitory.Students should not transfer, subletrooms or accommodate others without permission.Students should take good careof public property, make use of the furniture and facilities in the dormitory, andwell-keep the different kinds ofremote controllers.
2.禁止使用自备的大功率电器；禁止私接电线、卫星天线、有线电视线。如有发现，将追究使用者的责任。
Students are forbidden to use self-provided high-power appliances, string the wire, satelliteantennaand the cable line; ifit appears, those who use it should be penalized.
3.遵守防火规定，严防火灾。严禁私自拆取配电箱、消防器材等。室内禁止存放易燃易爆物品，不得使用明火，不得抽烟。违反上述规定酿成火灾者，须赔偿一切损失，严重者将由司法机关追究刑事责任。
Students should comply with the fire-prevention regulations and avoid the firedisaster. Students are forbidden to open the jack box and extinguisher privately.Open flame should not be used and the cigarette ends should not be littered.Students who violate the above-mentioned regulations, leading to the fire disastershould compensate all the losses;severe violators shall be prosecuted for theircriminal responsibility by judicial organs according to law.
4.保持室内外清洁，不得在走廊等公共区域堆放杂物或私人物品，不得在走廊、墙壁处随意图画、张贴，不得向窗外和公用区域吐痰、倒水、乱扔瓜皮果壳、纸屑、烟头、酒瓶等。
Students should keep tidy inside and outside.Sundries and personal goods arenot allowed tobeplacedin public areas like the aisle.Students should not scribble orpaste on the aisle wall, and should not spit, pour water, litter the rubbish, paper andcigarette ends or wine bottles outside the window or to public areas.
5.不得在楼内饲养宠物。
Pets should not be brought up in the dormitory.
6.保持宿舍安静，维持宿舍秩序，不得在宿舍内从事影响他人学习与休息的活动。如酗酒、斗殴、赌博、大声喧哗、跳舞、高声放音等。
Keep quiet and keep order in dormitory. Students are not supposed to takeactivities that would influence others' study and rest in dormitory, like excessivedrinking, fighting, gambling, making noises, dancing, playing loud music and so on.
7.必须遵守学校的作息制度和会客制度，来访人员如需进寝室，须由被访人陪同，将本人证件放在值班室或填写会客单方可入室，离开时证件发还本人或交回被会人签字的会客单。来访客人必须在22:00前离开宿舍。学生必须在23:00前回到宿舍。
Students should follow the routines of the day and visiting regulations set byschool. Visitors should be escorted by the visited, and put the credentials in theduty room or fulfill the guest form. When leaving, the credentials and the guestform signed by the visited would be returned. Visitors should leave before 22: 00. Students must go back to their dorms before 23:00.
8.违反上述规定，将视违规情节轻重，给与警告并通报处分。严重违规者，将被取消住宿资格，所付房费不予退还。
Students who violate the above-mentioned regulations would be warned andpunished depending on the merits of the case. The severe violators would bedisqualified from living in the dormitory and the charges would not be returned.
